What is a Passenger?
We operate using only one passenger category (except for concessions in Scotland and NUS Extra members). Passengers are all people intending to travel regardless of age. The only exceptions to this are Entitlement Card holders in Scotland, who should use the "Concessions" category, and NUS Extra card holders, who should use the "NUS Extra" category.
